Sylvia Nguyen focuses on creating solutions in the real estate business because that’s the only way to achieve positive outcomes and happy clients. Although she guides many friends and family, and their friends and families, with their real estate needs, every one of Sylvia’s clients is someone special.

Born and raised in Sacramento, Sylvia was self-employed for 11 years before turning her attention to real estate. Her personal experiences with house hunting made her realize it was her true calling and an area where she could make a real difference. Sylvia feels right at home in this environment and has happily assisted first-time buyers and current homeowners, all from diverse backgrounds and with unique needs.

When she’s not working or hitting the books, Sylvia loves spending time with her family and her dog, Tofu. She also enjoys hiking and working out.
