Nicholai enters the real estate industry with over three decades of professional experience in all facets of government relations and the California political process. He successfully represented the public policy interests of his clients before elected officials, decision-makers and other stakeholders.

His ability to both negotiate and advocate complex public policy issues before the California Legislature and others will translate well to real estate - helping clients make important decisions and fulfilling their real estate dreams.

Nicholai completed his undergrad at CSU Sacramento and earned his Masters in Public Administration from University of Southern California.
